Product purchase All orders made by you are subject to acceptance in accordance with our order acceptance policy as below. The following steps create a contract of obligation between you and Global Art Providers B.V. The steps required to create this contract are as follows: An order is placed for a product by your pressing of the submit button on the website at the end of the checkout process. By return we will send you an order acknowledgement email. This email will formulate an order confirmation and order processing acceptance by us. This email will confirm the total amount and currency of your order as charged to your credit card or bank account. We advise that you print and keep a copy of this email as a record and receipt of your transaction for future reference. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance by us. If your order is not accepted, it may be due to one or more of the following reasons: The product you ordered is temporarily withdrawn from sale or unavailable.

Shipment Delivery times We aim to ship within 14 days of receiving an order from you. All our products are handmade to order, please allow us to take up to 28 days during busy periods. Once we ship your order, we will email you a confirmation with a link to the tracking page of the shipper we used to deliver your product. All products are carefully packaged and delivered by courier directly to your door. Delivery avarages 3 to 6 days for EU deliveries once your item is shipped from our print studio. The products will be packed as follows: Ready-to-hang art prints are packed with corner protectors and bubble wrap into a double wall-corrugated custom-made mailing box to prevend damage during delivery. Product information With the On A Canvas art on demand process, your print will be created using the very latest in digital printing technology. Each order is individually created as a bespoke item upon your request. To ensure a rich, vibrant, true reproduction of image and that your order is printed to the highest standard, we have sourced a combination of superlative materials for all of our prints. Canvas art prints will be gicléeprinted directly onto a traditional artist’s cotton canvas that has been coated with the very latest in surface technology; ensuring both vibrancy of colour and fine-point detail. These prints will be mounted onto a 4cm deep museum stretcher framework adding an even more professional feel and body to your artprint. Please note that whilst every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of product specification as displayed throughout this website, there are times where there may be slight colour variances between the settings on your own pc monitor and the true colour digital printing pocesses utilised. The artwork of the Jazz covers may contain small signs of scratches because they are made from the original classic album covers. On A Canvas Cancellation / Refund Policy We aim to provide you with the highest quality product. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for replacement or full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. To return an item, please send an email to customerservices@artproviders.nl with your order number and reason for the return. We will be able to process the refund within 14 days of receiving your return and will notify you via email once we have received and processed the returned item. The item must be in its original packaging and be undamaged. You are responsible for the shipping cost. Please note that you can only return you purchase to Art Providers. If a product offered by Art.com and purchased by you is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a refund or credit. Payment Payment can be made by PayPal or debit/credit cards as follows: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, Solo, Delta, and JCB. By placing an order, you confirm that the credit or debet card that is being used is your own, or is being used with full authorisation of the cardholder. All credit and debet cardholders will be subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us we will not be able to process your order, nor will be liable for any delay or non-delivery of product(s) as a result. All prices include 19% VAT (where applicable) and are correct at the time of entering the information onto our database.
